Sobyanin told about the construction of the station “Luhanskaya” Biryulevskaya metro line

Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin inspected the Luhanskaya station of the Biryulevskaya metro line under construction, and also met with participants of the renovation program moving to a new residential complex in Tsaritsyn.

We continue to actively build the long-awaited Biryulevskaya metro line. It's split into two lines. The first stage - from ZIL to Printers - we hand over in 2028, from Printers to Biryulev Western - this is the second part, 2029. The schedule is very busy, there is no time to relax. Therefore, we have started construction at almost all stations of the future metro line, the mayor said.

New stations within walking distance will receive more than 300 thousand residents of Danilovsky, Nagatinsky Zaton and Prichatniki districts. It is expected that by 2030 the passenger traffic of the Biryulevskaya line will exceed 165 thousand people per day, having increased five times since the launch of the first section.

The Luhanskaya station will be located in the Tsaritsyno district, where about 118,000 people live, along the Caucasian Boulevard. According to Sobyanin, the opening of the station will help unload the Kantemirovskaya and Tsaritsyno transport hub: by 2030 it will be used by 20 thousand people a day, the load on the Kantemirovskaya will decrease by 17 percent, on the Tsaritsyno node - by 15 percent. The station has two underground lobby and eight elevators for passengers with limited mobility.

Now the site is completing the removal of engineering communications, the readiness of the facility is three percent.

“The ground wall of the station complex has begun. The total length is 1.2 kilometers, the thickness of one meter. At the moment, 50 percent has already been completed, the complete completion of the “wall in the ground” is until the end of October, then we are developing the pit, said Ivan Polandov, operating director of PJSC PIK SZ.

The Biryulevskaya line with a length of more than 22 kilometers will be the seventh new line of the Moscow metro. It will run from ZIL to Biryulev East and West, where more than 260 thousand people will live by 2030, and the travel time to the center for them will be reduced by 20 minutes. A total of 10 stations will be built, nine of them are currently under construction. The construction will improve transport services for more than one million residents, and passengers will receive transfers to the BCL, MCC, Troitskaya and Zamoskvoretskaya lines. Only Russian trains will run along the line, their own electric depot Biryulevskoye will serve them.

Near the future station built a monolithic residential complex on Caucasian Boulevard, house 27, building 1, where move 119 families — 306 residents of the neighboring house.

“The house has a unique architecture. The facades have a complex pattern, saturated volume and an unusual copper color. In walking distance - not only social facilities, but also the Sosenki Park, Arshinov Park, the Tsaritsyno Museum-Reserve, the mayor added.

The new building of 140 apartments with a total area of 8.4 thousand square meters with improved finishing, three elevators and a barrier-free environment are provided. The house has a high energy efficiency class, which will reduce utility fees.

“We try to ensure that the houses for renovation do not look like Khrushchev in their time, on the contrary, were modern. We change the design, improve the quality, so it was pleasant to live, Sobyanin said.

According to him, in the area of 37 houses are in the stage of resettlement, about 100 houses are to be relocated.

In total, 141 houses are included in the renovation program in Tsaritsyn, about 36 thousand people are to move into new apartments - almost every third resident of the district. The renovation program in the area was completed by more than 25 percent.

Earlier, Sobyanin said that the renovation program makes the life of Muscovites even more comfortable.
