In Sochi on September 23, the weather is expected to worsen: weather forecasters and emergency services warned of heavy rains, thunderstorms, hail and the danger of forming tornadoes over the sea. The storm warning also applies to September 24.

According to the forecast, during the day the air temperature will be about +24 ° C, at night - up to +19 ° C. The water temperature in the Black Sea will remain at +24 ° C, a moderate UV index will be 4-5. Sunrise at 06:09, sunset at 18:17.

The most serious risks are associated with heavy rainfall. In some areas, showers with thunderstorms and hail are possible, and wind gusts can reach 15-20 m / s. Over the water area of the Black Sea in the area from Magri to Merry remains the danger of the formation of tornadoes.

Due to intense rains, a sharp rise in the water level in rivers is possible, in some places - to unfavorable levels. In mountainous areas, there is a possibility of small mudflows.
