Sochi was among the leaders of the Kuban in budget revenues, education and sports

Sochi became one of the leaders of the Krasnodar Territory in a number of indicators of the effectiveness of municipal management. This follows from the consolidated report on the results of monitoring for 2025, published on the official website of the regional administration.

In terms of the share of its own income in the total volume of the local budget, Sochi ranked first among the municipalities of the region. The figure was 87.8%. The city also showed a high share of small and medium-sized enterprises in the total working-age population - 35.3%.

The press service of the resort administration stressed that the average monthly salary of employees of large and medium-sized enterprises in Sochi reached 89,634 rubles, exceeding the average regional figure. The city is also noted among the leaders in terms of wages for workers of general educational organizations, including preschool institutions, as well as organizations of physical culture and sports.

The resort showed high results in the field of education. In assessing the effectiveness of management in the field of general and additional education, Sochi became one of the leaders of the region. In addition, the city was among the leaders in the availability of services of cultural institutions.

In the sports sector, Sochi took a place in the top three leaders of the region: the share of students who systematically engage in physical culture and sports amounted to 96.87%.

In the direction of "Social and cultural sphere" the city took the second place in the ranking of municipalities. In 2025, an independent quality assessment was carried out in 30 municipalities of the Krasnodar Territory. It covered 292 municipal cultural organizations. According to the criterion of accessibility of services for people with disabilities, Sochi scored 97.95 points out of 100 possible.

According to the results of the monitoring, according to a number of indicators for assessing the work of municipal authorities, Sochi residents also demonstrate a level of satisfaction above the average regional level.

The monitoring assessed the activities of heads of local self-government bodies, as well as organizations and enterprises working at the regional and municipal levels.
