Social contract for business for 280 thousand turned for Kaliningrad criminal case

The Prosecutor’s office of the Moscow district of Kaliningrad checked the implementation of the terms of the social contract. This was reported in the Prosecutor’s office of the Kaliningrad region.

It was established that an agreement was signed between the Center for Social Support of the Population and a local resident to open an individual entrepreneurship. The man received a lump sum payment in the amount of 280 thousand rubles. However, he did not fulfill the terms of the contract: the measures envisaged by the social adaptation program were not implemented.

In order to return unreasonably received funds, the prosecutor filed a lawsuit with the court to recover unjust enrichment. During the hearing, the defendant fully returned the money to the budget.

In addition, a criminal case under the article “Fraud in receiving payments” has been initiated and is now being investigated.
