Social workers from the Volgograd region became the best at the All-Russian competition
In Sochi, at the site of the All-Russian Week of Occupational Safety, the finalists of the XV All-Russian Competition of Professional Skills in the Field of Social Services were awarded - among them were representatives of the Volgograd region

The achievements of Volgograd specialists in the social sphere were recognized at the national level.
In the finals of the competition were 2 leaders: Larisa Shevchenko (Zhirnovsk House of Social Services) presented to the jury the practice of introducing the principles of lean production and claimed victory in the corresponding nomination. Elvira Antonova (Kalachev Center for Social Services of the Population) was among the finalists in the nomination “Stability and Quality” – experts highly appreciated her work in providing services in a semi-stationary format.
The competition serves as an important platform for the exchange of experience: it helps to identify effective solutions, disseminate best practices and strengthen social service standards. The region consistently demonstrates a high level of work: a vivid confirmation of this was the victory of 2025, when Tatiana Pugaeva from ANO “Gratitude” took second place in the nomination “Stability and Quality”.
The development of the social sphere in the Volgograd region remains one of the key areas of work of the authorities in accordance with the tasks set by Governor Andrei Bocharov. The industry employs more than 10 thousand professionals, support and social services cover about half a million residents, and the long-term care system operates for more than 11,000 elderly citizens.
