Police found out that in the entrance between pensioners and 64-year-old man there was a quarrel on the basis of a long-standing hostile relationship. During the conflict, the suspect took turns strangling elderly people with a metal cane and made death threats.
A criminal case has been opened. The sanction of the article provides for up to two years of imprisonment.
