Employee of the Barnaul clinic issued fictitious hospital for railway workers
In Barnaul, the head of a local private medical organization will appear before the court, who issued fictitious sick leave to railway workers. Thus, he received more than 150 thousand rubles by bribery.

According to the West Siberian Transport Prosecutor’s Office, the offense was committed between 2021 and 2025. According to investigators, a 40-year-old employee of a private clinic in Barnaul, performing managerial functions, issued fictitious sick lists to employees of railway transport enterprises.
He did it for a monetary reward. In total, the man received more than 150 thousand rubles from interested persons.
The offense was revealed and a criminal case was opened against the medical worker under paragraph 7 of Article 204 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (commercial bribery, that is, illegal receipt of money by a person performing managerial functions in a commercial organization for committing illegal actions in the interests of the giver). He is charged with 10 crimes.
The Barnaul Transport Prosecutor's Office approved the indictment against him. The case was sent to the Railway District Court of Barnaul for consideration on the merits.
It is also noted that criminal cases were also initiated against bribe-givers. They are now under consideration in court.
