The North-Western Interregional Territorial State Labor Inspectorate issued a warning to the state budgetary general education institution of secondary general education school No. 695 “Raduga” of the Pushkin district of St. Petersburg. Information about this is posted on the website of the Prosecutor General's Office.
According to the published document, an employee of the school reported the violation to the inspection, who considered that his labor rights had been violated. The St. Petersburger asked the educational institution to give him a copy of the employment contract on March 3, 2024, but the school did not do so.
Such a decision contradicts the labor code, which states that the employer must issue work-related documents to the employee at his written request within three working days. Moreover, such documents should be provided free of charge.
The headmaster of school No. 695 is Natalia Etcho. The rights of the founder are exercised by the administration of the Pushkin district, headed by Andrei Chapurov.
