Emergencies Ministry rescuers conducted training at Melitopol College

In the Zaporozhye region, within the framework of events for the Day of Civil Defense, employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia organize open lessons dedicated to the culture of security.

In Melitopol Industrial College, an emergency training was held. It was conducted by specialists of the Department of Civil Defense and Protection of the Population, State Fire Supervision and Specialized Fire and Rescue Unit.

Representatives of the emergency department in an accessible form told students about the importance of civil defense today, its key tasks, as well as how the population should act when threats arise. In addition, they shared details of their professional activities, showed fire and technical equipment and special equipment - the students were able to clearly see what means are used by rescuers to eliminate the consequences of accidents.

The practical part of the lesson was the educational evacuation, in which students and teachers took part - it allowed to consolidate the knowledge gained.

Such classes give young people an idea of the work of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and help develop important skills: to maintain self-control in a tense situation, competently analyze what is happening and choose the right actions when threatened.
