Cohesion above all: how Belgorod Rosgvardeytsy works in the border
Alexander Avilov spoke about the work of non-departmental security in the Grayvoron district

Intern to supervisor
Aboriginal resident of Golovchino Alexander Avilov came to the service on September 1, 2003. He was influenced by the example of his father, who was a career soldier.
More than 20 years have passed since then. During this time, Alexander went from an intern to the head of the department of non-departmental security in the Grayvoronsky district. The officer said he never regretted his choice.
Everyone on duty
For Belgorod, service has become a matter of life. In difficult border conditions, he and his subordinates continue to perform their duties.
On February 24, many tried to leave Grayvoron, the Rosgvardeis took up increased duty. They removed people, property, provided a cordon and protection of roads. The security personnel were repeatedly attacked by drones, but continued to patrol the area and ensure public safety.
When there was no water or electricity in Grayvoron, the Rosgvardians lived and cooked their meals at work. Then they put on bulletproof vests and again went to patrol the city. Alexey Avilov noted that no one left or resigned.
Officer with capital letters
Alexander's staff say the lieutenant colonel is not sitting in the office, but is working with them. Perhaps this example of the leader helped the team to maintain cohesion and remain in the service.
Today, a man continues to serve where he was born and raised. His choice is an example for young employees who are just starting their way to Regardie.
