According to government forecasts, the average salary in the Nizhny Novgorod region in 2028 will exceed 100 thousand rubles. The assumptions were published on the legal information portal.

In 2025, the average monthly salary was 81,408 rubles, and in the first half of 2026 – 86,324 rubles. It is expected that by the end of the year it will reach 88,410 rubles.

According to the basic scenario, in 2027, the salary will be 94,600 rubles, in 2028 - 101,600 rubles, and in 2029 - 109,320 rubles.

According to the conservative scenario, taking into account the possible deterioration of the situation, in 2027, Nizhny Novgorod residents will receive 94,160 rubles, in 2028 - 100,370 rubles, in 2029 - 107,310 rubles a month.
