In 2027, the average urgent pension payment will exceed 3.5 thousand rubles. Such data are contained in the explanatory note to the draft budget of the Social Fund of Russia for 2027 and the planning period 2028-2029.
"The average annual amount of urgent pension payment will be in 2027 - 3,503.41 rubles," the document says.
What kind of payment is that? These are monthly amounts that a person receives not for life, but for the period specified in the application. By law, this period can not be less than 10 years, explained Professor of the Financial University Alexander Safonov.
For comparison: in 2026, the average size of such a payment is about 3 thousand rubles per month. And from August 1, 2026, term payments have already increased by 19.32%.
