Stavropol region is the leader in terms of housing introduced
The Stavropol Territory leads in terms of the volume of housing introduced. This was reported in the regional Minstroy.
In the first nine months of 2026, the region took the 10th place in Russia and the first in the NCFD.
The Stavropol region accounts for 27.8% of all housing commissioned in the district. The annual plan was completed by 123.6%, said Andrei Uvarov, Minister of Construction and Architecture of the region.
In January-October, 1.6 million square meters of housing were built in the region, more than 60% - individual construction.
According to the national project “Infrastructure for Life”, the region should introduce more than 8 million “squares” in 2025-2030. More than 3 million have been built, more than 40% of the plan.
