Stavropol puts the growth of GRP for three years

The Minister of economic development of the Stavropol region Anton Doronin said that at the federal level presented a forecast of socio-economic development of Russia for 2027 and until 2029. Regions, according to him, form their own parameters, and the region prepares its forecast.
For 2026, the Stavropol region predicts an increase in GRP by 1.4% - more than 1.9 trillion rubles. This is higher than the national dynamics by 0.8 percentage points. For a three-year perspective, GRP growth is laid in the range from 103.4% to 104.3%. The mechanism should ensure full adaptation of the regional economy to current realities.
At the end of 2025, the investment dynamics maintained a positive trend: the volume of investments amounted to 426.7 billion rubles, which is 1.5% higher than 2024 in comparable prices. By 2029, they plan to increase to 695.5 billion rubles with a moderate acceleration - from 2.5% in 2027 to 2.9% in 2029.
Another key growth point is the six breakthrough projects approved by Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin. These are production from heavy industry and “green” energy to high-tech agro-industrial complex, logistics and tourism. For the first half of 2026, 213.3 billion rubles of investments were invested in the regional economy, 21.3 thousand jobs were created, goods and services were produced for 106.9 billion rubles.
Doronin noted that this is only part of the indicators of the regional plan. Stavropol, according to him, has repeatedly confirmed the status of the breadbasket, health resort and promising resort of Russia. The minister is confident that with the support of the federal team, all results are achievable.
Earlier it was reported that in the Stavropol region more than 70 young entrepreneurs underwent educational intensiveness.
