Ninja sports Kirill Gorshkov engaged only seven months. During this time, he said, he lost five pounds, started running five kilometers a day and now can do 23 pull-ups and 70 push-ups.
The doctor’s sport was prompted, among other things, by hard work. Kirill Gorshkov said that he was looking for a way to cope with stress and professional burnout. There was another motive: his friend Vitaly Pluzhnikov earlier broke at the first obstacle of the show, after which the Magnitogorsk decided to try his hand.
