The terrible road in Kostroma will return to normal before the first snow

Residents of Kostroma streets of Sharya and Army are forced to make their way through the mud mess to throw out the garbage. The only passage in the area to the container pad and approaches to the tanks turned into impassable puddles.

According to citizens in the community of PE Kostroma, they have repeatedly sent official complaints to the city administration.

City Hall commented on the situation. Work on filling the problem area with rubble is already planned and should be completed by November 5.
