In October 2023, the parties signed a subcontract agreement for the development of project documentation worth 1.1 million rubles. The payment provided for three stages: an advance of 30% (330 thousand rubles), 50% (550 thousand rubles) after the transfer of work and 20% (220 thousand rubles) after the state examination. The advance was paid by BAST in February 2024, but the remaining stages did not. Although the contractor handed over the documentation and the parties signed an interim act for 500 thousand rubles. Also after the project successfully passed the state examination.
At the meeting, the customer objected, citing shortcomings identified only in June 2026. The court rejected these arguments, as they contradicted the previously signed documents.
The company “BAST” was required to pay 770 thousand rubles of debt and 210.5 thousand rubles of interest for the period from June 4, 2024 to July 22, 2026. Also pay the state duty of 50.5 thousand in the budget.
