Construction and investment – Krutoy outlined the development strategy of Mogilev region

Congratulating the farmers of the Mogilev region on the holiday of the workers of the village "Dazhynki-2026" in Shklov, the Head of the Presidential Administration Dmitry Krutoy at the solemn ceremony outlined the development strategy for the region as a whole, the correspondent of sb.by reports.

Dmitry Krutoy read the welcome address of the President of Belarus. Alexander Lukashenko once again focused on the main task in relation to the Mogilev region.

- It is unchanged: every year the region should increase, at least slightly, but in all directions, there should be a positive dynamics of literally all indicators. I believe that this is possible in the agrarian sector – the hammer this year amounted to 1 million 300 thousand tons, said Dmitry Krutoy.

He recalled that last year at Dazhynki in Krichev it was said that this result is among the top five results of Mogilev region during the period of independence.

- Today, the same harvest has already been received, and corn grain is still being harvested, so the figure will probably be higher. But today it is perceived as a standard, as a new standard, which the region has achieved. In my opinion, a system is beginning to work, all the links of which, I think, we have significantly tightened. Winter sowing, raising chicks, repairing equipment, working with fertilizers, seeds, tightening technological regulations - all this gives a good result, Dmitry Krutoy stressed.

The success of crop production creates an appropriate feed base. Literally for all types of feed, the region has increased by 10-20 percent in the last three years. And this is the foundation for meat and milk. Together with the construction of investment facilities planned in the region (dairy and commodity complexes, dispensaries, pig breeding complexes, feedlots), this will allow achieving a solid result in 3-4 years, fulfilling the indicators that were brought to the 2030 program and reaching a new level, the Head of the Presidential Administration emphasized.
