At the beginning of November 2026, thematic events of the Active Longevity Club were held at MBUK “Center of Culture”, organized jointly with the working group of RINOPT of Smolensk State Medical University. Meetings dedicated to psychological well-being and art therapy were held under the guidance of senior lecturer of the Department of Clinical Psychology Daria Alexandrovna Solodneva with the participation of graduate students of the Psychological and Social Faculty.
The programme included two key developments:
On November 2, a master class “Flower therapy for the soul” was held. The participants got acquainted with the possibilities of using color in art therapy, discussed its impact on the emotional state and ways to achieve psychological comfort.
On November 5, a meeting “Connection of generations” was held. How to understand modern children”. Graduate students held an interactive game “What does a teenager talk about?”, during which representatives of the older and younger generations discussed the peculiarities of communication with modern youth, issues of mutual understanding and ways to build trusting relationships.
Such initiatives contribute to the development of intergenerational dialogue, the dissemination of psychological knowledge and the formation of a culture of care for mental health.
