The court canceled the microloan issued by fraudsters for a resident of the Voronezh region
This was reported in the press service of the court

The Kalacheevsky district court released a 41-year-old local resident from a microloan debt, which was issued in her name by fraudsters. This was reported in the press service of the court.
According to the agency, in June 2025, the unknown, using the passport data of the woman, via the Internet issued a loan to OOO Zaimigo MFC for 13,000 rubles at 292% per annum (0.8% per day). The money was transferred to the fraudster.
The woman learned about the debt at the end of July, having received a printout of the credit history at the United Credit Bureau. She stated that she did not apply for a loan, did not put an electronic signature and did not receive funds to the account.
In August 2025, at her request, a criminal case was initiated under Part 1 of Article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Fraud”).
A lawsuit in the interests of the victim was filed by the district prosecutor. During the proceedings, the court found that the woman is not a borrower: she did not conclude a contract, did not give instructions for its registration and did not use money.
The court declared the contract invalid and cancelled the debt. The decision has entered into force.
