The court and FAS forced Rosseti Volga to withdraw the act against the entrepreneur

PJSC "Rosseti Volga" withdrew the act of unrecorded electricity consumption in respect of an individual entrepreneur. Earlier, the document was declared illegal by the Arbitration Court of the Ulyanovsk region.

The entrepreneur appealed to the arbitration court with the requirement to recognize the act of unrecorded electricity consumption as illegal. The court satisfied her demands and declared the document invalid. The Eleventh Arbitration Court of Appeal upheld this decision unchanged.

After that, the Ulyanovsk FAS of Russia issued a warning to PJSC Rosseti Volga about the need to stop actions containing signs of violation of antimonopoly legislation.

In connection with the entry into force of the judicial act and in pursuance of the warning, the Ulyanovsk Distribution Networks branch of PJSC Rosseti Volga withdrew the act of unrecorded or unrecorded electricity consumption. Notice of cancellation of the document was sent to the entrepreneur.

The network organization also informed Ulyanovsk FAS about the execution of the warning and provided copies of the relevant letters and judicial acts. The antimonopoly authority said that the violation was eliminated, and the rights of the entrepreneur were restored.
