The Primorsky District Court considered the petitions of the investigation to detain two participants in the fight in the City Mall. One of them is a minor. Together, they hit several victims 23 times. This is reported by the joint press service of the courts of St. Petersburg.
The defendants were detained on October 7, at the same time they were charged. The court refused the request and chose the teenager to ban certain actions until December 7, and the adult participant of the fight was detained for the same period.
As the investigation established, the two defendants together inflicted at least 23 blows to the victims in different parts of the body. The teenager also had a gun with him. The rest of the participants of the scuffle also participated in the beating of three people, and together they inflicted approximately 55 blows on them.
We will remind, on the evening of 7 October in the mall teenagers rioted, and security called the police about eight in the evening. Before the arrival of the police, the young people went to the parking lot, where a mass brawl began. The videos showed objects resembling pistols and machetes.
One of the passers-by, a man in a briefcase cap, decisively rushed into the thick of events, trying to stop the fight. Other people followed his example. Thanks to their intervention, the fighters fled before the police arrived. Law enforcement arrived at the scene about an hour after security was called, but the hooligans were gone.
Six participants in the fight at the shopping center “City Mall” in the Primorsky district were detained on October 9. Among the hooligans five teenagers 14-15 years old and one 18-year-old boy, who has previously been brought to justice.
