The court of Kalmykia will rule on a criminal case against the general director of the management company.

He is accused of concealing the funds of the organization, due to which the collection of arrears on taxes should be made. According to the investigation, from February 2024 to August 2025, the head of the organization, realizing that it is necessary to repay the debt for the payment of taxes and mandatory insurance payments, was in no hurry to pay the debt. The amount eventually amounted to more than 20 million rubles.

The bank accounts of the accused have been seized. The criminal case was sent to the Elista City Court.
