The court ordered the administration to restore water supply in Veselovka

Temryuksky district court sided with the residents of the resort village Veselovka: the administration of the Novotaman rural settlement was obliged to restore centralized water supply.

The problem with water supply affected residents of the streets: Highway, Central, Grape and Scythian. In 2014, they built a water supply network with a length of about 4 km. However, recently the system actually does not work: due to numerous leaks, the water does not reach the houses.

As the examination showed, the cause of the problems is production defects: the pipes do not meet the quality requirements. Despite the appeals of local residents, the administration for a long time did not take action.

According to the decision of the court, the local administration must restore the operation of the network by repairing or replacing pipes and problem areas in an amount sufficient for normal water supply to the village of Veselovka.

The court decision has not yet entered into legal force, the United Press Service of the courts of the Krasnodar Territory reports.
