The court recognized the slide on the “Polugor” property of Kursk

The Leninsky District Court of Kursk considered the statement of the municipal property management committee on the recognition of the right to an ownerless object - a tubing slide located on the public space "Polugora".

The statement noted that the building is not listed in either the regional or federal property registers, there is no inventory file on it, the owner is not established. The hill is not serviced, not repaired, not guarded and is in an abandoned state.

The court satisfied the requirements and recognized the ownership of the object for the municipality “city district city Kursk”. The decision has entered into force.
