The court considers the case of “Kedr-Sebezh” on illegal construction in the national park

The arbitration court considers the application of LLC "Kedr-Sebezh" to cancel the decision of the Rosreestr Department for the Pskov region. About this “MK in Pskov” reported in the press service of the court.

Under the lease agreement, the company uses two land plots in Sebezhsky district, the village of Ugorinka, for the construction of a tourist complex.

The prosecutor’s inspection established that 16 houses on stilts are located outside the leased areas – on land, state ownership of which is not delimited, and which is included in a specially protected territory of federal significance, the Sebezhsky National Park.

The company believes that the information of the USRN on the boundaries of the plots may not correspond to the primary land management documentation, and there are defects in the inspection. So it went to court.
