The court in Derbent arrested three participants in the night scandal for 10 days

The Derbent city court considered cases of administrative offences against three residents of the city. The night scandal at the store “Crimea” on the street 345 Dagestan rifle division turned for each ten days of arrest, the press service of the courts of the Republic.

About halfway through the fourth morning of October 11, they were loudly clarifying their relationship, shouting and swearing in public. They did not react to the demands of police officers to calm down and drive to the department for the investigation, they behaved aggressively. All three were taken to the department.

In court, everyone pleaded guilty and repented. The court found them guilty under Part 2 of Art. 20.1 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation - petty hooliganism with disobedience to the legitimate demand of a representative of the authorities. The mitigating circumstance in all cases was the admission of guilt and remorse. One has been found to be an aggravating offense while intoxicated, two have no aggravating offenses.

Each is given an administrative arrest for 10 days. The term is calculated from the moment of actual detention on the night of October 11.
