The court in Makhachkala arrested a deputy in the case of fraud with land and cottages

The Soviet district court of Makhachkala detained a deputy of the Kumukhsky village council of Lak district, suspected of fraud on an especially large scale. According to the investigation, the damage to the victim exceeded 7.2 million rubles.

According to the materials of the case, the suspect, together with other persons, entered into a conspiracy to seize the rights to the land plot of the cottage village of Casabella and 100% of the share in the authorized capital of LLC Mildom.

The defendants offered the victim to transfer assets to them in exchange for nine ready-made cottages after construction is completed. However, according to investigators, they did not intend to fulfill the promise. The victim transferred the rights to the site and issued a contract for the sale of a stake in the company in favor of one of the participants in the proposed scheme.

on october 25, the court granted the request of the investigation and elected the suspect a preventive measure in the form of detention for a period of two months - until december 22 inclusive.
