The court recovered from the official 2.4 million rubles of unconfirmed income

The Georgievsk Interdistrict Prosecutor’s Office checked the implementation of anti-corruption legislation. It turned out that the bank accounts of the spouse of the municipal employee received money in excess of the total declared income of the family for the reporting period and the previous two years.

The woman could not confirm the legality of receiving a large sum of money by her husband. The prosecutor sent a lawsuit to the court to recover funds in the state income.

The requirements were satisfied: more than 2.4 million rubles were recovered from the employee of the municipality. The defendant appealed the decision on appeal, but the court of appeal left it unchanged.

Earlier it was reported that in the Turkmen district the entrepreneur will be convicted of fraud with spare parts.
