Court bailiffs helped Smolensk get the keys to the apartment

In Smolensk, bailiffs helped restore the housing rights of the owner of the apartment, which faced opposition from another owner. According to the gift agreement, the woman owns two-thirds of the living space, while the remaining third belongs to another woman. The latter arbitrarily occupied the premises and changed the locks, thereby completely depriving the first participant of the opportunity to use his share of the property.
In order to protect her interests, the victim went to court and obtained a decision in her favor. After that, she appealed to the bailiffs of the Zadneprovsky district branch of the FSSP of Russia in the Smolensk region to exercise their rights. Employees of the department initiated enforcement proceedings, officially notifying the debtor of the terms of voluntary fulfillment of requirements and warning about the possibility of applying coercive measures.
During the process, an enforcement fee was imposed on the debtor, which prompted her to comply with the court's requirements. As a result of the subsequent visit, the officer of the enforcement service drew up a deed of accommodation and gave the woman a duplicate of the keys to the room. Thus, the court decision was fully implemented, and the owner’s rights to use her part of the housing were restored.
