The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection recalled the procedure for providing free food for children under 2 years of age as part of the state targeted social assistance. This sb.by reported in the press service of the Ministry.

It is noted that the right to receive a food set have families with low income, if the average per capita income of the family over the past 12 months does not exceed the budget of the subsistence minimum on average per capita. In addition, regardless of income, assistance is provided to families with twins or more children.

The product set includes products of domestic production: dry milk mixtures, cereals, mashed meats, juices, milk and dairy products. You can get a set monthly in the organizations of trade at the place of residence. Lists and personal statements are provided to objects of trade by the body for labor, employment and social protection.

For registration of assistance, it is necessary to collect a package of documents: passports of parents or other identity documents; birth certificate of the child (if there are children under 18 years); information on the income of parents for the last 12 months before the month of treatment; an extract from the employment record or other documents confirming employment; marriage certificate (for married); recommendations on the diet issued by the district pediatrician in the clinic.

The application is submitted to the one-window service of the local authority at the place of registration of one of the parents. Assistance is appointed from the 1st day of the month following the month of application. Documents should be updated every 6 months until the child is 2 years old.
