- The main feature of the Uyutny residential complex is that it is simultaneously located in Minsk and in the forest - there will be no such complex anywhere else, said A. Vederchik.

When improving the territory, the developer focuses on integration into the natural landscape. According to the general director of Minskstroy, all existing green spaces are preserved as much as possible during the construction process.

- There will be a landscaped area with various interesting elements built into nature. In the future, we will still annoy many different types of trees, added A. Vederchik.

He said that the demand for real estate in this location remains high. At the moment, there are almost no vacant apartments in apartment buildings, there is an active sale of cottages and housing in townhouses.
