Tambov court refused parole to the killer of three people
Court denies 47-year-old convict serving sentence for killing three people parole

The court denied the 47-year-old convict, serving a sentence for the murder of three people, parole. The decision was made taking into account the position of the specialized prosecutor's office for supervision of compliance with the laws in correctional institutions of the Tambov region.
According to the press service of the Ministry, the man was convicted by the Orenburg regional court in 2004. He was found guilty of a number of serious charges, including the murder of two or more persons, theft and illegal trafficking in weapons.
The court found that on the grounds of personal hostility, the convict shot three people in the same car with him with a pistol. To hide the traces of the crime, he and his accomplice took the bodies to the river, doused with gasoline and burned.
The man was sent to a special regime correctional colony for 25 years.
During the consideration of the application for parole, the representative of the prosecutor's office categorically opposed the release. The argument was that during the time of serving the sentence, the convict repeatedly violated the established order, and his behavior does not indicate correction.
Having studied the characterizing materials of the personal file and listened to the position of the prosecutor, the court decided to refuse the convicted person to satisfy the application.
