Theater Square in Vologda was closed for repairs from September 21

From today, repair work begins in the Theatre Square on the territory next to the Youth Theatre in the regional capital. This section, including the sidewalk along Oktyabrska Street, is closed to pedestrians from September 21.

Improvement will affect the area of more than 5 thousand square meters. Here will arrange recreation areas, park paths, install small architectural forms, plant trees, shrubs and perennial flowers, organize lighting. The work is carried out by the investor with the support of the regional government.

Bypass the fenced area can be on adjacent streets. A special passage has been prepared for the Young Spectator Theatre from the streets of October and Maltsev. A section of the sidewalk from Maltsev Street to the bus stop is also available. Work will be done before the end of the year.
