The theme of “Dialogues” in Kazan will be the use of glass in architecture

Ten years this year of the architectural and urban planning conference “Dialogues”, said the chief architect of Kazan Ilsiyar Tukhvatullina, it will be held on October 15-16.

Every year in the city more and more design and build objects made of glass and translucent structures. But architects and developers do not always know the rules for working with this material. And from competent application largely depends not only on the appearance of the building, but also on the quality of urban development.

The main topic of the tenth Dialogues will be the use of glass in architecture and art. The anniversary conference will be held on the territory of the former industrial complex in the Volga district.

This is still an untouched space, but very soon it will change dramatically: the site will be closed for reconstruction and transformed into a professional cluster for architects and representatives of applied art. Details about the concept of the project will be told at the plenary session on October 15.
