Heat came to 478 schools, kindergartens and hospitals
Until October 15, social facilities will be fully connected, then they will begin to supply heating to residential buildings.
All municipalities of the Kursk region last week announced the start of the heating season. Governor Alexander Khinshtein at a government meeting asked about the readiness for winter. He noted that the connection of social institutions is already underway.
The Minister of housing and energy Alexander Mulevin said that the peak start-up heat falls on today. Heating received 478 institutions - schools, kindergartens and health facilities. Today, they plan to include about 30% of the total and close the social sphere until October 15. Then gradually begin to supply heat to apartment buildings.
The governor added that the parents of children of kindergartens in Kursk and Zheleznogorsk complain. He instructed to keep the situation under control and work out problem addresses.
