“Heat Grid” digs Chichurinsky Lane without the necessary documents

Joint Stock Company Heat Grid of St. Petersburg received a warning from the state administrative and technical inspection. Information about this is posted on the website of the Prosecutor General's Office.

According to the published document, the inspection found the appeal of a St. Petersburger on the portal “Our St. Petersburg”, in which a resident of the city complained about the problem of improvement. On Chichurinsky Lane, work is underway from Zhukov Street to Laboratory, then on Laboratory Street – from Chichurinsky Lane to Vasenko Street, and on Vasenko Street – to Kondratievsky Prospekt.

But the customer did not receive an order for earthworks for engineering communications, as well as for the storage of the necessary materials, equipment and temporary structures. The permit was valid until August 16, but it was not renewed. Despite this, work continues.

This information indicates the presence of signs of an administrative offense. On this basis, the inspection issued a warning.

General Director of "Heat Grid of St. Petersburg" is Vadim Bravve. The company is a defendant in 22 arbitration cases totaling 51 million rubles.
