Traumatologist-orthopedist from Zhdanovka returned to his native city under the program “Zemsky doctor”

In the central city hospital Zhdanovka appeared a new specialist. Traumatologist-orthopedist Yaroslav Petrovich Kirichenko came here under the program "Zemsky Doctor". He was born in this city and returned to work in a small homeland.

Yaroslav Kirichenko was born on March 18, 2001 in Zhdanovka. I spent my childhood here. According to the doctor, he wanted to come back and help the countrymen.

Yaroslav received education at the Donetsk State Medical University named after M. Gorky. In 2024 he graduated from the university in the specialty “Medicine business”. Then he studied for two years in residency in traumatology and orthopedics - there he also received the qualification of a traumatologist-orthopedist. Practical experience gained in RCTOIN.

About the program "Zemsky doctor" specialist learned during employment. According to him, it gives real support and confidence in the future. Yaroslav noted that being a Zemstvo doctor is not just a job, but an opportunity to see the grateful eyes of countrymen every day and know that you are needed here and now. Payment under the program, he added, removes household worries and allows you to fully devote yourself to the work of treating people and returning them to health.

The hospital management notes that the arrival of a young specialist is an important event for the institution. Such programs help to solve personnel issues in small cities and provide residents with access to qualified medical care.
