Three deputies from the Lipetsk region took senior positions in the committees of the state Duma

The Lipetsk region has received additional opportunities to promote its initiatives at the federal level: three deputies representing the region in the State Duma have occupied senior positions in parliamentary committees. This was reported by Governor Igor Artamonov.

Tatiana Dyakonova became the First Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Youth Policy. Sergey Kurbatov is the first deputy chairman of the Health Protection Committee. Maxim Kavdzharadze took the post of Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Constitutional, Civil Legislation and Judicial System.

The head of the region stressed that behind each of these areas there are issues that residents address daily: access to medical care, opportunities for young people, protection of rights. Many of them require decisions at the level of federal legislation, and now Lipetsk deputies have more opportunities to participate in their preparation, relying on the experience and needs of the region.
