Three residents of Bashkiria convicted of kidnapping, beating and extortion

In Salavat, the court sentenced three defendants in the case of kidnapping a person with the threat of violence, as well as extortion.

In February of this year, the attackers picked up a stranger at the Orenburg highway stop and offered to take him to Bulgakovo. In the car, the man was drunk, forcibly held and threatened with violence.

The prisoner was taken to Salavat, where he was locked in an apartment for four days. There, criminals beat a man and threatened with a knife and a red-hot iron, demanding to sign a contract for the SVO and give them a payment of 1.7 million rubles.

When preparing documents, the victim was able to report the incident to the representative of the municipality. Extortionists detained. The court sentenced them to imprisonment in a high-security colony for eight to nine and a half years.
