As a result of the inspection of the prosecutor's office, violations of the labor rights of an educational worker were revealed: the director of the institution did not ensure the timely payment of vacation payments to the teacher.

The supervisory authority took the necessary measures of response - as a result, the employee was paid compensation for each day of delay of holiday workers. Thus, the labor rights of the teacher were restored in full.
