Tula mental hospital is ready to spend on security 22.6 million rubles

Tula Regional Clinical Psychiatric Hospital No. 1 named after N.P. Kamenev again holds a tender for the purchase of private security services. The amount of work is 135,050 man-hours. For these purposes, the institution will allocate 22.67 million rubles. The previous one was held at the end of September, but did not reveal the winner.

The guard will be organized around the clock, without weekends and holidays, at eight facilities of the institution located in Tula, Novomoskovsk, Alexin, as well as in the villages of Petelino, Petrovsky, Krasnogvardeysky and Kamenetsky.

The service provider is obliged to provide throughput and intra-object mode, protect the property and territory of the hospital, monitor video surveillance systems, APS and SOUE. In addition, the duties of guards include regular rounds (territories - at least once an hour, premises - at least four times a day), as well as interaction with law enforcement agencies in emergency situations.

The guards at the posts work without weapons, but have special means (handcuffs and rubber sticks of domestic production). Mobile response teams are armed.
