Tula photographers are called to the marathon with prizes from "Octava"

The starting point is the festival “Young Photography”, which will be held on November 7 in “Octave”. Guests are waiting for lectures, master classes, portfolio analysis, photo walks and the first competitive tasks.
The marathon is divided into stages, each with its own deadline:
• “Guardians of time” – estates and cultural monuments; acceptance of works until October 31, 2026.
"Music Territory" - studios, rehearsal facilities, stage and instruments; until December 15, 2026.
“Street narrative” – street photography, citizens, evening Tula; until January 31, 2027.
“Mobile aesthetics” – bold shots on a smartphone; until February 28, 2027.
“Portrait of Space” – the life of the Oktava cluster and the Museum of the Machine; until March 31, 2027.
The main prize is a personal exhibition in the Octave. Also, the authors are waiting for certificates for photographic equipment and studio rental, printing and film development, and a special prize from the Tourism Development Agency. The selection of the best works will end with a screening at the Oktava-9 festival.
The project is supported by the national project “Tourism and Hospitality” and is designed to promote the attractions of the region and develop creative industries.
