68-year-old resident of the Odoevsky district could not retire due to old age - he lacked insurance experience. In this regard, the man appealed to the Prosecutor’s office.

The inspection showed that a number of periods of his work and study from 1973 to 2002 were not counted without reason, the Prosecutor’s Office of the Tula region told MK in Tula.

To protect the rights of the pensioner, the supervisory authority sent a lawsuit to the court demanding to include these periods in the insurance period.

The court granted the prosecutor's claims in full. The execution of the decision remains under the control of the district prosecutor's office.

Earlier, “MK in Tula” reported that in Efremov, the 43-year-old veteran of labor achieved a monthly payment only through the prosecutor’s office and the court. The man received the status of a labor veteran in March 2026, but he was not appointed a payment under the law of the Tula region, after checking the Efremovsk interdistrict prosecutor's office appealed to the court.
