On October 11, residents of the region could not normally use the usual applications - from taxis and delivery to shops and payment from a smartphone. This is evidenced by data from the monitoring portals Detector404 and Sboy.RF.
The company’s services suffered the most: the most complaints came to Yandex Pay, search engine, Go, Food, Music and Kinopoisk.
Other brands also suffered - Tulaks reported failures in Magnet, DDX Fitness, Dodo Pizza, Delicious and Period and Lamoda.
Some sites did not open at all, others worked intermittently, and at the same time, difficulties with payments, including the Quick Payment System, were discussed.
Earlier, MK in Tula reported that Yandex Market warned Tulyaks about changes in work after the failure. Because of it, the marketplace was temporarily left without access to sorting centers, although distribution points and warehouses work as usual and goods are accepted.
