GU EMERCOM of Russia in the region asks Tulyaks to comply with safety rules. In particular, on the street is to bypass rickety buildings, emergency trees and houses with unstable roofing.

It is also best to stay away from bridges, overpasses, pipelines and power lines. The car is recommended to park away from trees and weakly fortified structures.
