Turchin sent greetings to participants and guests of the Republican contest “Family of the Year”

The final of the Republican contest "Family of the Year" today, October 10, gathered on the stage of the Palace of Sports seven teams that will compete for the title of the best. The welcome address of the Prime Minister of Belarus Alexander Turchin was voiced by Deputy Prime Minister Natalia Petkevich, sb.by correspondent reports.

The “Family of the Year” contest became a bright and large-scale event reflecting the main values of the Belarusian people, Alexander Turchin said in his greeting:

- These are family, love for children, respect for parents and the older generation, preservation of traditions and memory of our ancestors. As part of the qualifying rounds, hundreds of large families from all over the country created social projects, studied the history of their kind and shared the secrets of family happiness. With your example, you inspire young people to choose the right trajectory of successful family life, because a large family means great happiness, and children are the main wealth in life, they are the continuation of the Belarusian nation.

The state purposefully and continuously invests in the family, implementing large-scale social programs and creating a modern infrastructure for the life and upbringing of healthy and educated children

- Large families are a guarantee of demographic security. I am convinced that a large family is a true benchmark for successful life and self-realization. I wish the participants and guests of the contest creative inspiration, inexhaustible enthusiasm, peace and kindness. Let this contest become a joyful and unforgettable life event for every family.
