Kostromich decided to become a dropper blocked all accounts
Law enforcement officers brought to criminal responsibility the guy who, acting as a dropper, spent through his bank card more than 170 thousand rubles

Law enforcement officers brought to criminal responsibility a guy who, acting as a dropper, spent more than 170 thousand rubles through his bank card. The young man turned to the duty station and reported that all his bank accounts were blocked.
It turned out that a resident of the Sudislavsky district in early October found a part-time job on one of the sites of free ads on the Internet. He was offered to transfer the incoming money to other accounts, promising to pay a fee for each transaction.
According to him, he did not immediately realize the illegal nature of his actions and began to seriously worry only after another series of transfers led to the blocking of all his accounts.
Police officers found that with his illegal help, fraudsters carried through a drop card funds stolen from residents of Tula and Nizhny Novgorod regions.
A criminal case has been opened against a resident of the Sudislavsky district on the grounds of a crime under Part 4 of Article 187 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Implementation of unlawful operations using an electronic means of payment, transferring funds, on instructions and (or) in the interests of such a person”).
Representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Kostroma region remind: transfers from card to card for a fee, as well as transferring data of their bank and SIM cards to third parties are a crime. So you help scammers to zero out citizens' accounts!
