Tula farmer Umatkulov found violations in the maintenance of livestock

In the Yasnogorsk district of the Tula region, the Rosselkhoznadzor revealed violations of veterinary rules in the personal subsidiary farm of Umatkulov A.V. We are talking about the maintenance of large and small cattle, told “MK in Tula” in the press service of the department.

The inspection was conducted by the Rosselkhoznadzor Office in Moscow, Moscow and Tula regions after a collective appeal of residents received through the Feedback Platform. During the on-site survey, experts found that there is no special site or manure reservoir in the farm for decontamination of manure. In addition, when entering the premises for keeping animals, there is no disinfectant with a disinfectant solution for processing shoes.

The revealed violations relate to veterinary rules for the maintenance of cattle and small cattle intended for reproduction, cultivation and sale, the ministry explained. And then added that in September 2026, the Rosselkhoznadzor issued Umatkulov A.V. a warning about the inadmissibility of violating mandatory requirements.
