Participants from Zaporozhye region defended projects in the workshop “Senezh”

Participants from Zaporozhye region who passed the program "Woman Leader". Mission: Revival, successfully defended their social projects aimed at preserving the cultural code and supporting entrepreneurs.

The final module of the program was held in the “Senezh” Management Workshop of the Presidential Platform “Russia – Land of Opportunities”. It was attended by women from the DPR, LPR, Zaporizhzhia, Kherson, Kursk, Belgorod and Bryansk regions - a total of 14 interregional design solutions were presented.

A team from Zaporozhye region called “Women’s Battalion” presented a system of personal household support for the families of SVO participants. The project provides a clear scheme of assistance: from appeal through a coordinator to the involvement of a volunteer brigade and the creation of a women's community of mutual assistance. The pilot version is already being implemented in Melitopol - it was launched on the basis of existing points of household support of the population. The developed model is planned to be scaled to the entire Zaporozhye region, and in the future to other regions of the country.

Other initiatives include mobile psychological assistance teams for rural schools, one-stop-shop support centers and other solutions, all of which, according to the expert jury, are ready for implementation.

As part of the final module, the participants listened to lectures on change management under uncertainty, crisis management in project activities and effective technologies for achieving results.

Governor Yevgeny Balitsky emphasized that the projects presented by the Zaporizhia region are state initiatives formed taking into account the current situation and the real needs of residents. According to him, in these difficult times, the support of people at all levels is especially important.
